Dr. Fountain opened and ran offices in China and Hong Kong for companies like Commercial Metals Company and Societe Generale des Minerais before establishing his own trading house in Hong Kong.

Our customers are among the world leaders in industrial minerals for oil field drilling, fertilizers, and fillers and extender specialty minerals.

While Tempest remains active in consultancy on industrial minerals, the company has been engaged by parties interested in investment in precious metals as well.
