Tempest Capital Limited includes a privately-owned real estate investment enterprise. This business is devoted to procuring, owning and managing commercial and investment grade residential real estate assets for its own account and on behalf of foreign and domestic investors.

Subsidiary Tempest Holdings focuses upon identifying and acquiring under-valued, high potential properties in partnership with foreign investors. Tempest Holdings engages real estate acquisition and development that will create value and wealth to local communities.

In Lake Placid the group buys and builds vacation rental properties. Some vacation rental properties are remodeled from existing structures, while others are constructed from vacant land. Current projects combine commercial development with vacation rental assets which yield ready profit through lease or sale. The group manages and maintains rental properties through subsidiary companies.

A key concentration of our real estate investment is vast tracts of undeveloped forest land.
